What is it?

A tropical hideaway nestled amidst greenery and natural abundance, Jalakara is far from the humdrum cares of the modern world. A lot of thought has been put into making this a tropical escape by the British owner Mark Hill and his wife.

For instance,  they have kept no WIFI or internet connection. The couple believes that this disconnection is crucial in making Jalakara a special getaway for rejuvenation.

The Stay

Keeping the architecture simple, Jalakara’s six rooms and a villa are quite spacious and open. The rooms have wide windows to give you a fabulous view of the forest towards the sunset and sea.

Kick-start your day with Yoga (suitable for all) sessions. Go birdwatching. Laze around endlessly in the infinity pool while their B&W music system tunes into your favourite songs.

Relax your tissues with some great massage and spend the evening playing board games or simply catch up on a movie. Not sleepy? You can go stargazing too!
