What Is It?
All the deets on the Mumbai-Goa ferry service is here and we can’t wait to share them with you. Although the ferry service was to start in December last year, due to technical errors, it will finally begin in February end. The cruiser liner for the ferry service has arrived and everything’s up to date as of now. The ferry will be holding up to 400 passengers and it will be functional throughout the year, except for 4 months during the monsoon.
The service will be an overnight sailing service which will take nearly 16 hours to get you to Panjim, Goa. The ferry will start from the domestic cruise terminal at Mazgaon and will have 5 stops before docking at Panjim. The stops are – Dighi in Raigad, Dabhol and Jaigad in Ratnagiri district, Vijay Durg and Malvan. The ticket for each passenger will cost around ₹5000.
