And since India is a diverse country, how can there be just one name for this holy festival? In Tamil Nadu, this festival is famous as Pongal. In Punjab, it is celebrated as Lohri, and in Gujarat, as Uttarayana. Also, people in Assam call it Magh Bihu and so on. But today, we are talking about the delicious food we eat during this festival.
