According to the inputs provided to Curly Tales by Veronica Cotdemiey, the CEO of Citizenship Invest, India, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran are some of the most popular nationalities in the UAE. This report is highly unsurprising, as the UAE offers a variety of opportunities for people from all walks of life. Elaborating more on this, Cotdemiey, revealed, “Our data shows that as of September 2023, Indians comprise 16% of the total applicants in the UAE, followed by Lebanon and Syria at 13% and Iran at 9%.”

She further added, “Compared to 2022, our data reveals the same nationalities topping the charts as well. This includes Indians leading at 18%, who’re followed by Lebanese at 12%, Syrians at 9% and Iranians at 7%.”

What About UAE-Based Investors Worldwide?

It’s worth noting that according to the data of Citizenship Invest, UAE-based investors comprised 31.56% of applicants worldwide in 2022. Yes, elaborating more on this, she added, “As of September this year, UAE-based investors comprise 36.8% of applicants, worldwide.”

A major reason that motivates people to apply for this is the fact that the second passport unlocks benefits that go well beyond mobility and freedom of travel, as mentioned by Veronica Cotdemiey.
