Rachael Sacerdoti began her journey toward fitness after giving birth in her 30s. She didn’t have any information or knowledge about the process but she took it slow and started seeing results. Her weight loss journey began with following a 20-minute workout routine in her bedroom, according to a report by Daily Mail. The mother of 3 kids lost 1 kg in the initial weeks of this journey.

After some time, she included more physical movements in her lifestyle such as a walk of 10 minutes. Previously, she mostly ate carb and sugar-loaded food items but slowly she also changed her diet in this journey.

Rachael Is A One-Woman Army!

The mom of 3 shared how she did it all by herself. Without consulting with a nutritionist or taking help from a professional or personal trainer, she made significant changes in her lifestyle and found the results in half a year. She started the routine slowly from her bedroom and saw some small changes in her lifestyle. This influenced her to work hard and enjoy the process.

After noticing the great results, she even made changes in the diet of her kids as well. Rachael talked about how her family now usually consumes food items that are rich in protein. For healthy carbs, she often adds sweet brown rice, potatoes, whole-meal bread, and sweet potatoes to the diet.

Before embarking on this massive life-changing journey, Rachael was not aware of the steps to take to build a healthier version of herself. With time, she learned and understood the routine and now she is offering a wellness program as well.
