Dining at a restaurant is fine, but gathering around the trunk of the car to indulge in some delicious kebabs, that’s one of the few experiences only Rajinder Da Dhaba provided while we were growing up in Delhi! Known for their melt-in-the-mouth kebabs and Makhmali Fish, this place hasn’t changed much over the years. While they have opened a sit-in restaurant and more outlets in the complex, the novelty of seating in the open and enjoying the meaty dishes still remains. So, head here with your sibling and enjoy the succulent Galouti Kebab, Achari Chicken, or Dal Makhani and relieve the good ol’ days!

The Big Chill was one of Delhi’s first cafe experiences. With open brick walls covered in iconic Hollywood film posters, this eatery has a nostalgic charm that Delhi loves! Now, while there are multiple outlets of this cafe in the city, the Khan Market one remains our favourite. Why? Because we grew up around that place! From the first outing along with friends to chilling here as adults, this place has seen all our phases. And yet, their Mushroom Lasagne Pizza Siciliana, and Mississippi Mud Pie remain the same! So, to chill and enjoy those memories with your siblings, head over to The Big Chill this Raksha Bandhan.

Stepping into Wenger’s is like transporting back in time! The rush of people trying to get their favourite dessert and people behind the counter working to get the orders on time with a delicious smell of baked cookies lingering in the air, that’s what Wenger’s was and is still like! Before all the fancy bakeries popped up in Delhi, this place was the ultimate destination for dessert lovers. One of the best parts about this place is that it still has that ol’ bakery charm around it with its 90s-style pastry designs and ever-smiling staff! So, instead of some fancy pastry or cake, head to Wenger’s with your sibling and enjoy their delicious Chocolate Swiss Roll, Mocha Pastry, or Chocolate Truffle!
