8 Places To Have Amazing Biryani In Koramangala, Bengaluru

Biryani in Koramangala - Curly Tales

Having a bad day or have a celebration? Feeling too happy or feeling too hungry? Confused about what to eat for lunch, my rescue plan has always been Biryani. I am a die-hard fan and I know my soul food is Biryani.

Biryani is an evergreen classic which needs no introduction. With local and hyperlocal variations of the same, biryani through years has evolved into distinctive styles. This melting pot of flavours is heaven for every food-lover. Be it Hyderabadi, Andhra, Donne, Ambur, Malabari, Thalassery, Kozhi, Kerala biryani, it’s all very perfect.

When I was in Koramangala in Bengaluru, I did not leave a single place that serves Biryani alone and now I have an entire list of Biryani Places and the types of biryani they serve. And believe me, when I say all these are must-try.

1. Meghana Foods (Andhra Biryani)

Meghana Foods was introduced to me in my college days and since then it has been my absolute favourite for delicious Andhra style biryani and starters. Though a bit on the spicy side (as Andhra food is). The restaurant has really quick service and amazing staff but the only drawback is the fact that there is always a long waiting queue during peak hours of lunch and dinner.

My personal favourite is Boneless Chicken Biryani and Prawns Fry along with some Masala Chaas.
