A unit of Shrimad Rajchandra Aatma Tatva Research Centre – Parli, Raj Roti Centre is run by 5 women with a passion to feed those devoid of any resources and nutrition. It has 3 centres in the city, Mulund, Matunga and Borivali.

The Rs 10 meal includes 6 rotis, a vegetable curry and one Banana. It can be availed by persons with an income less than Rs 7000-8000, handicapped people, old and the destitute.

Dr Meena Goshar, founder, said in a statement to Free Press Journal,” Our aim is to have many more centres in different pockets of the city so that we can cater to a large number of people.”

The food here is prepared and packed hygienically and aims to fulfil the basic requirement for all: nutritious food. It functions every day from 11 am to 1 pm.
