Actress Janhvi Kapoor Discharged From Hospital After Food Poisoning, Confirms Boney Kapoor

Actress Janhvi Kapoor was admitted to the hospital earlier this week after developing a serious case of food poisoning. The incident happened on July 18, and as soon as things got worse, she was admitted to a Mumbai hospital. Janhvi’s family provided her with unwavering support during this difficult time, including her father Boney Kapoor, sister Khushi Kapoor, and her rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya.

Janhvi Kapoor Discharged From Hospital

According to India Today reports, on July 18th, Janhvi was struggling with weakness. Concerned for her condition, her family decided to hospitalise her immediately. Upon reaching the hospital, the doctors found out that she was suffering from food poisoning.

Janhvi was released from the hospital early on July 20th. She had been hospitalised for 2 days to receive proper medical care and treatment. Recently, Boney Kapoor, her father, provided an update on her health, attesting to her discharge and improvement. “She was discharged this morning. She is much better now,” Boney said in a Zoom interview.

Janhvi’s family was there for her the entire time, providing her with loving care while she was in the hospital. Now that she is home and with her loved ones, the actress is recovering.

Her Upcoming Projects

On the career front, Janhvi Kapoor is getting ready for “Ulajh,” her next movie, to come out. The film’s trailer was just released, and Janhvi is slated to play Suhana, a young diplomat assigned to the London embassy who becomes entangled in a convoluted conspiracy. Arriving in theatres on August 2, 2024, “Ulajh,” is helmed by Sudhanshu Saria, the recipient of a National Award. The movie also stars Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Mathew.

Janhvi and Ishaan Khatter will reunite for Karan Johar’s upcoming film in addition to “Ulajh.” The pair, who made their Bollywood debuts in “Dhadak,” will be the main cast members of Neeraj Ghaywan’s next project. It is slated to begin production in October 2024 and stars Vishal Jethwa in a major role.

Janhvi Kapoor is on the road to recovery despite her recent health scare, and she is eager and determinedly anticipating her next projects.
