The event, which will continue through May 11 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, was inaugurated by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. The ongoing event has attracted about 150 international companies from 20 different nations. Companies from all over the world displayed their newest innovations at the Dubai Airport Show 2023 in an effort to capitalise on the significant demand for cutting-edge solutions from local and regional airports.

Gates For Self-Boarding

This latest tech will change the facade of check-ins at Airports. Magnetic, a German Company has introduced self-boarding smart gates that will reduce the work of airport staff and let them focus on helping people of determination and elder ones. The gates are beneficial for passengers as this will allow a smooth flow of travellers without waiting much in the queue.

These gates are a bit different from the self-boarding ones. Emaratech, a Dubai-based startup, is demonstrating an upgraded smart gate. It employs facial recognition and IRIS detection to provide a smooth experience without requiring travellers to present their passports or boarding cards.

Advanced Tech Drones

Unmanned Aerial System Center is what the drone kiosk was named by Dubai Police. A cutting-edge drone that Dubai Police is displaying is extremely useful in an emergency. In addition to offering live footage of the crime scene, it also enables communication between the police and the suspects.

Indoor Navigation Smart App

People may navigate the airport and other sizable shopping complexes using the Hadi app. The software can be modified to meet the needs of the firms.

Dubai Police Smart Jackets & Headgears

The department also had safety wear on display. The items included jackets and helmets for both male and female officers. The jackets are equipped with airbags and other safety features for the officers that use motorbikes.
