However, it’s not just in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but the Trump Tower will soon also be coming up in Dubai. And it is going to be developed by Dar Global, which is the global arm of Saudi Arabia’s biggest developer, Dar Al Arkan. Here’s all about it.
Dar Global To Develop Trump Tower In Dubai
Dar Global is partnering with the Trump organisation to build a new project in Dubai. Yes, as the UAE’s property market continues to grow, there is a certain higher demand from buyers. The project, which is called Trump Tower Dubai, is going to be developed by Dar Global. It will not just feature the Trump Hotel, but also the branded residential units. However, the cost of the project or the completion timeline has not yet been revealed, but it is expected that the plans and the location will be revealed towards the end of 2024.

The Designs To Be Revealed Later In 2024
It’s worth mentioning that this project will also feature the Trump Private, which is an exclusive members-only club. It should be noted that this is the third collaboration of Dar Global with the Trump Organisation. The announcement comes after they recently announced two other projects, which were in Oman and Jeddah. In case you are still unaware, the Trump Organisation is owned by the former US president, Donald Trump. With a portfolio of real estate development, including resorts, hotels, golf courses, and residential properties, they are spread across several countries. In fact, this country is already present in Dubai as a partnership with developer DAMAC for two golf-related developments.
Finally, the announcement of this project comes as there is quite a bit of demand for property in Dubai government initiatives.
