According to Dr. Vijay Gurjar who is involved in the project, elderly people at old age homes will be provided with door-step services as they might find it difficult to pay a visit to the hospitals for their medical check-ups.

This will make things easier for the elderly people as they often find it difficult to come to the hospital for treatment of chronic illness.

If the project is a success in terms of improving the health condition of these people living in identified old age homes in Delhi NCR region, then they will recommend the government to replicate the services at a larger scale.
