This app marks a significant step towards Air India’s goal of enhanced customer satisfaction. CE Plus empowers cabin executives with cutting-edge digital solutions on handheld devices, allowing them to readily access crucial information for a more personalised approach.
Developed through a collaborative effort between Air India’s in-house digital technology and design teams, alongside in-flight services specialists, CE Plus offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to optimise both guest experience and crew management throughout the entire flight.
CE Plus is a data-driven personalisation app that integrates guest profiles with real-time seat maps, allowing cabin executives to easily access passenger preferences and special requests. It also displays frequent flyer status and benefits, providing a tailored service experience.
The app also allows cabin executives to document and photograph maintenance issues, with offline observations automatically routed to Air India’s engineering teams upon landing. It also enhances crew efficiency by optimising work assignments based on aircraft type requirements and providing centralised access to essential documents.
