We know trying to find a cab during peak hours in Ajman feels more challenging than the commute itself. But not anymore, folks! Ajman has just enhanced its commute game with a shiny new smart taxi-hailing service in partnership with the Yango app. If you’ve not heard of it, Yango is part of the global tech giant Yango Group, and they’ve officially rolled into town to make your daily commute smoother than a karak on a Friday morning.

Ajman’s New Smart Taxi-Hailing Service Is A Win-Win News

Ajman just launched a smart taxi service that provides booking your taxi in real time, tracking your ride, and paying through the app. Take your Yango ride to the Corniche, the souq or head to a family gathering smoothly without the need to fumble for cash and waiting for the cab to take hours to get booked!

It’s all part of Ajman’s plan to step up as a smart, connected city that works for everyone,  residents and visitors alike.

The Public Transport and Licensing Agency informs that this move is more than just convenience. It’s about creating sustainable, smart transport suitable for the needs of the city. This will overall result in an easier daily commute, fewer delays, smoother rides, and less standing around in the heat.

More Tech, More Convenience, More Ajman Vibes

This service comes after Ajman Transport Authority and Yango Group shook hands on a formal agreement to operate smart taxis and connect them to the city’s digital systems. Your ride is now just a few taps away. With features like live vehicle tracking, booking info at your fingertips, and stress-free digital payments, it’s all about keeping up with the modern pace of the UAE.

Al Jallaf also hinted that this is only the beginning. The Authority plans to keep growing its digital taxi platforms, with Yango’s integration boosting the bigger dream, creating a transport network that’s inclusive, efficient, and ready for the future.
