They say never meet your heroes. But if your heroes are anything like Akshay Kumar, then it’s all worth the risk. In a sweet gesture recently, Akshay Kumar visited a hostel in Udaipur dedicated to tribal students and donated an aid of a whopping ₹1 crore! Not only that, he also interacted with the kids there and performed a puja. The video of the same is floating online and we’re loving this heartwarming gesture.

Akshay Kumar is in Udaipur right now to shoot for his upcoming movie ‘Khel Khel Mein.’ In the middle of his tight schedule, he took some time out to visit the kids in Vanvasi Kalyan Parishad in Kherwara Chhaoni. A video emerged online that showed the actor performing a puja at the hostel and interacting with the kids.

Dressed in a simple white shirt, Akshay Kumar made the most of his trip there. He went around the hostel, talked to the staff, checked the infrastructure, and even browsed through the books of the kids there. He even happily obliged to take pictures with the kids and authorities at the hostel and made sure to give them a memorable experience.

Offer A Generous Financial Aid Of ₹1 Crore Aid For The Hostel

While he was there, Akshay Kumar also contributed a hefty amount towards the betterment of the hostel. It is reported that he donated an impressive amount of ₹1 crore to the hostel authorities for the infrastructural development of Vanvasi Kalyan Parishad.

As we mentioned, Akshay Kumar is in Udaipur to shoot for the movie, ‘Khel Khel Mein.’ He is working alongside Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Aditya Seal, and Ammy Virk in this directorial venture of Mudassar Aziz. Besides this shooting, Akshay is also busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’.
