Not to mention, the 20-minute project has been designed in such a way that it improves the liability, improves pedestrian infrastructure, expands green and open spaces, and also promotes sustainable mobility for the residents. In the same breath, it’s important to mention that a 13.5 km cycling and a scooter track is already under construction. This is happening along Hessa Street, which will link Al Sufouh and Dubai Hills. Moreover, it will also feature two architecturally unique bridges, and each of them will be five metres wide. Yes, the three-metre space out of it will be dedicated to cyclists and scooter riders, while two metres will be reserved for pedestrians.
