Ali Fazal Shared Richa Chaddha’s Cooking Fiasco
Ali Fazal loves cooking with his wife, though Richa doesn’t enjoy it as much as he does. Kamiya asked, “Aisi konsi dish hai jo Richa ne banai ho aur aapko bilkul achi nahi lagi ho?” He replied, “She tried to make a sweet dish once, which went horribly wrong.” He shared that at the time, she had invited the entire Fukrey team over and made a sweet dish, probably called Jello. Laughing, he said it was nowhere close to being Jello; it was more like some kind of monster. Ali even gave Richa feedback on the dish, and like any other loving husband, he chose the most romantic way to express his thoughts towards the dish.

Called A Dish ‘Shivas’ Instead Of Sea Bass
Ali Fazal has never been to Japan and was completely clueless about Japanese dishes. When the waiter brought out a fish dish and introduced it as sea bass, Ali said, “He brought it and said ‘Shivas’ or something.” Mistaking sea bass for Shivas, Ali asked Kamiya to give it a try. Kamiya laughed and said, “It must be sea bass and not Shivas. Kya ho raha hai aaj aapko? Shivas sun rahe ho!” To which Ali replied, laughing, “Mood mein aa rahe hain!”
Kamiya then played a quick game with him, giving him choices between two options. Between sushi and ramen, Ali chose ramen. When asked to choose between soy sauce and wasabi, he said, “Soy sauce in wasabi.” And between chopsticks and a spoon or fork, he picked chopsticks.
Kamiya also shared a fun desi hack with him on how to hold chopsticks using a tissue. Want to learn the trick and enjoy more fun moments? Watch the full episode on the Curly Tales YouTube channel.
