Amid Increased Demands, These 7 Emirates Dubai-Germany Flights Have Been Cancelled

It’s not only inconvenient but also affects all our travel plans in its wake. And this is something similar what the passengers of Emirates Airlines, flying to Germany this April might be facing. The reason for this is that seven Emirates flights to destinations like Hamburg and Düsseldorf airports have been cancelled for April 20 and 21. Here’s more about this!

Emirates is Dubai’s flagship carrier known for its world-class services. With many people choosing to fly with the airlines, it’s natural that the demand is pretty high. Moreover, as the summer vacation approaches, this demand for flights is bound to soar. However, a few flights have been cancelled on the Dubai-Germany route for this reason.

Several flights on the route from Dubai to Germany have been cancelled. As it happens, Emirates is the flagship carrier of Dubai. As per a report by Khaleej Times, due to the strikes – an industrial action planned by security staff, these flights have been affected. It’s worth mentioning that these have affected the trips to the Hamburg and Düsseldorf airports. Talking about the flights cancelled, these have primarily been done for April 20 and 21. These are the affected flights that have been cancelled –

April 20

  • EK057 – Dubai to Düsseldorf
  • EK058 – Düsseldorf to Dubai
  • EK060 – Hamburg to Dubai
  • EK062 – Hamburg to Dubai

April 21

  • EK057 – Dubai to Düsseldorf
  • EK058 – Düsseldorf to Dubai
  • EK062 – Hamburg to Dubai

Flights Can Be Rebooked Via Travel Agents Or The Local Office Of The Airline

As it happens, several flights have also been delayed and rescheduled. One such flight is EK060 flight for April 21, which is now scheduled for take-off from Hamburg on April 22, 5:30 pm instead. As a result, customers with a booking on this flight will be rebooked to their destination. However, those people whose flights have been cancelled are advised to contact their travel agents for an alternative travel arrangement. While those people who have booked their flights directly with the airline can contact their local office for the option of rebooking.
