What Is Anupam Kher’s Daily Routine?
Anupam Kher is someone who believes in the mantra of ‘health is wealth’ and has a specific routine. While talking about health, fitness and diet, we asked the 69-year-old actor about his everyday routine. He said, “For the time being, I take overnight soaked sabja seeds (also known as tukmaria or basil seeds). I also take overnight soaked cumin and fennel seeds water in the morning.”
He added, “I take a chia seed bowl that has nuts, seeds, coconut milk, and dates. For meals, I take one sabzi and jowar ki roti which is not very tasty.” These are his usual meal routines and if you would like to remain fit and healthy and reverse age just like Anupam ji, then add these dishes to your diet.

He Is Extremely Strict With This Diet
Our guest was at Shifuku By Curly Tales with a feast of delectable Pan-Asian food like paneer starters, stir fry, dim sums, rolls, and more. However, he is extremely strict with his diet plans and only tasted the food. Then, he dived straight into his lovely ghar ka khaana! He brought a tiffin full of bhindi, daal and rotis.
We were truly impressed to see his dedication. Anupam ji revealed that he is on a mission to lose six kilogrammes to achieve his desired weight. But he still indulges in cheat meals once in a while. He happily tasted the paneer dishes and fell in love with them.
