Anushka Sen Overcame This Fear After Khatron Ke Khiladi

Anushka Sen

Anushka Sen of Jhansi Ki Rani and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi fame met with us for a fun outing along the gullies of Mumbai’s Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali. The actor has made it big in Korea and will soon be starring in a Korean film. So of course, we had to talk all things Korea including Korean street food (some of which we sampled!), K-dramas and more. She even threw light about her experience on the reality TV show Fear Factor: At Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Anushka Sen Talks About Her Fear Of Insects & Heights

On the Tere Gully Mein episode, we gorged on spicy Korean Ramen with Anushka Sen, which was no less than a feat on Khatron Ke Khiladi. We asked her about certain fears she overcame thanks to her stint on the show. Anushka says, “Mujhe insects se bahut darr lagta hai.” ( I used to be afraid of insects.) She remembers freaking out seeing lizards at her home and would often say she’d rather relocate than stay in a place with a lizard.

But after her stint on Fear Factor: At Khatron Ke Khiladi hosted by director Rohit Shetty, Anushka recalls slightly overcoming her fear of insects. She admits to not completely overcoming her fear of insects but being able to handle it better now. When it comes to heights, she is still petrified and couldn’t overcome this fear.

She Gorged On Bingsu At HighCha

While talking to her, we took her to HighCha. Anushka squealed in excitement as this eatery serves two of her favourite things — Bubble Tea and Bingsu, a Korean shaved ice dessert. The actor even headed to ‘KPose’ photo booth to capture cute memories of her day-out with us. During the chat, she also revealed her dating-life stories, fan-following in Korea and more.
