Arunachal Pradesh Has A Yuva Tourism Club To Foster Young Tourist Ambassadors!

The Indian tourism industry is growing day by day, and with diverse topography, innumerable attractive monuments and mouth-watering cuisine, tourism will continue to grow! In order to include young minds in the country, the Ministry of Tourism introduced the Yuva Tourism Club, an initiative. Recently, another club was launched in Arunachal Pradesh by the state’s tourism minister.

Yuva Tourism Club Now In Arunachal Pradesh Too!

The Yuva Tourism Club was launched by Swapnil Naik, secretary of tourism for Arunachal Pradesh. It took place at a celebration held at the State Food Craft Institute in Itanagar by the Ministry of Tourism and the Arunachal Pradesh Tourism Department. The Yuva Tourism Club is a project of the Ministry of Tourism to foster and grow young tourist ambassadors. It seeks to prepare these young ambassadors to act as a catalyst for promoting Indian tourism.

He addressed the matter by saying that PM Narendra Modi was the inspiration behind the Yuva Tourism Club, which operates throughout India. He added that the goal of the club is to cultivate in the students a love of travel overall. It includes initially exposing them to the local culture and other things. The initiative begins in the sixth grade and lasts through college.

According to him, the goal of this effort is to turn club members into ambassadors for the state and tourism everywhere they travel. Additionally, he disclosed that Arunachal Pradesh has 135 Yuva Tourism Clubs with more than 5,000 members.

What Is The Purpose Of Setting Up This Club?

Being one of the most populous countries, India has a large number of young population. To include them in learning about the rich history and culture, the Ministry of Tourism started the Yuva Tourism Club.

The goal is to foster and grow the next generation of Indian tourism ambassadors who will be knowledgeable about the country’s tourist opportunities, enjoy its rich cultural heritage, and become passionate about the industry. The promotion of Indian tourism would be sparked by these young ambassadors.

Along with supporting the adoption of responsible tourism practices and concern for sustainable tourism, membership in tourism clubs is anticipated to help the development of soft skills including teamwork, management, and leadership.
