With a blockbuster career spanning eight decades and counting, she is passionate about food and cooking. Asha Bhosle’s View On Chef’s Coat And Hat
After a fantastic tour of Asha’s interiors, it was time to check out the kitchen. Asha Ji donned a chef’s hat and a coat over her classic saree look. Her coat had an “Asha Bhosle Celebrity Chef” embroidered on it! The kitchen was massive with multiple cooking stations and dedicated chefs whipping up mouthwatering dishes.
The place was filled with aromatic flavours and we couldn’t wait to see what Asha’s planned for our brunch session. Indian food is gaining the hype it deserves on the global level and Asha’s outlets are assisting to unfold this delicious cuisine to a larger audience. Even the singer is extremely happy to do so.
Not only that, she mentioned that she feels proud wherever she wears the chef’s coat along with the hat! She keeps this attire in high regard as it gives her immense joy to don them and cook for people. Currently, this is her ultimate pleasure, and occasionally comes into Dubai’s Asha’s kitchen to cook!

She Likes This Sindhi Dish
While conversing about Indian food at her Dubai restaurant, Asha ji asked Kamiya, “Do you ever cook?” Kamiya quipped, “Haanji, logo ko pakaati hoon, aapni baato se!” The singer didn’t see that coming and it surely tickled her funny bone.

Kamiya revealed to her that she makes a delish Sindhi curry. On hearing about Sindhi food, Asha ji spoke about the popular and much-loved dish, sai bhaji. It is a high-protein-packed Sindhi dal made with lentils, palak and veggies. As a Sindhi, Kamiya was delighted to hear this.
