Autograph Hotel Is Coming To AlUla In Saudi Arabia & It May Open As Early As 2025

Saudi Arabia is doing everything to ensure that it achieves the Vision 2030. The goal of this vision is to increase diversification economically, culturally, and socially. And for achieving this, a lot of new luxurious addresses are coming up in the kingdom. The most recent one is, the Autograph Collection Hotel by the Marriott, which is also a first for AlUla.

In a report by Hotelier Middle East, it was recently revealed that Marriott International is planning to develop an Autograph Collection property in Saudi Arabia’s AlUla. This is big news, as it’s the first Autograph Collection Hotel that’s coming to AlUla and the hotel itself is expected to open as early as 2025. The fantastic property is going to be located in Downtown AlUla and it will span across 22,006 35 m². As it will be situated in Central AlUla, therefore, the property will be positioned right next to the AlUla Museum and it will be opposite the farmers market. Boasting 250 rooms and suits, there will be facilities for extensive recreational and entertainment offerings.

Not The Only New Hotel Coming To Saudi Arabia

Besides the luxuriously decorated suits and rooms, the hotel is also expected to include four fantastic dining venues, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a business centre, retail space, meeting facilities, and even a spa. Not to mention, Autograph Collections portfolio currently has more than 290 hotels that are located around the world. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that there are other new developments in the region, which include the newest launch of Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar.

This residential space will feature 268 modern residential apartments and will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. All of these will be offering separate living, walking, and sleeping areas! Not to mention, the company also recently signed an agreement to open The Ritz-Carlton, Al Khobar, which is due to happen in 2027. The Ritz-Carlton will be situated on the shoreline of Al Khobar and is expected to be spread over 99,917 m².

With so many exciting new luxury destinations coming up in Saudi Arabia, it’s certainly going to be a great place to travel for a holiday.
