Here’s What Baba Ramdev’s Day Looks Like

We have all seen Baba Ramdev on TV talking about the importance of yoga in one’s life and living a healthy life. But what does his day look like? Well, Kamiya Jani recently got to talk and even live a day like him. His day starts super early at 3 in the morning. After that, he meditates for almost an hour and then jogs for almost 5 km around the campus!

Then, he goes live on TV at 5 AM and even does a Facebook live to connect with more people. His yoga sessions, both on TV and social media, go on till 10 AM. Post this, he starts his work and goes around the campus and looks into everything that requires his attention. According to him, “10 AM se 10 PM tak mera karam yog chalta rehta hai.”

Now, you’d expect someone who gets up at 3 AM to at least eat a few times a day. However, Baba Ramdev eats only once a day! He even explained the reason behind it with a Sanskrit shloka. He explains that a person who eats once a day stays healthy or “nirogya”. A person who exercises, works out a lot or works as a farmer, can take up two meals a day, as they tend to burn it off. As for people who eat three meals a day, they tend to stay unhealthy or “sada rogi”. Lastly, those who take four meals a day would end up dead sooner rather than later!
