Baba Ramdev Shared The Ideal Sequence Of Eating Food
While taking a tour of the Patanjali Gurukulam, Baba Ramdev talked about the importance of cultivating healthy eating habits. He mentioned that he primarily survives on raw fruits and vegetables. Baba Ramdev also revealed that he doesn’t eat grains or cooked food frequently.
He mentioned that he’ll have millet from time to time but nothing much when it comes to grains, apart from this. He then specified that there is an ideal sequence in which one must eat. One must always start with raw fruits and vegetables that are there in the meal.
Then, one should move on to the cooked meal. Finally, one should consume the sweet part of the meal. However, he specified that by sugary, he means dry fruits and fruits that are naturally sweet. He said one must avoid taking sugar as much as possible.
He Met The Glitterati Of Mumbai At An Event In BKC
While speaking to Baba Ramdev about the very first time he visited Mumbai, he revealed an interesting story. He said that the very first time he visited the City of Dreams was as many as twenty years ago!
Baba Ramdev mentioned that he had an event at Bandra-Kurla Complex or BKC at the time. There were lakhs of people who attended the event and that was where he met, for the first time, a number of famous Bollywood Celebrities. He met the Big B of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty and even Sanjay Dutt!
