Recently, Emirates, which is a Dubai-based airline and one of the two national carriers of the UAE, revealed that it has opened a new cabin crew facility. Called the Crew Zone, this is a new facility in Dubai and costs AED3 million. As it happens, the new Crew Zone has opened in the Emirates Group Headquarters. It features seven zones, and we are here with all the details about the same.

Featuring a dedicated space for the crew with a contemporary open-plan design, this is available on a 24*7 basis. Yes, the Crew Zone has opened up at the Emirates Group Headquarters, and it continues to recruit candidates. Offering service throughout, this includes everything from educational workshops to tech zones and support. There is also a beauty and wellness hub with an interactive lounge area. With the space to accommodate 200 crew at a time, there are seven different zones and services, and these are located on the ground floor of the headquarters in Dubai.

Talking about the Emirates Crew Zones these are as follows:

Emirates Crew Engagement Zone
This is an open-plan multi-functional area. It is dedicated to connecting crew with Emirates’s newest initiatives, personal training and workshops and product launches. With interactive screens and real-time calendars, it shows all the scheduled events.

Emirates One Device Hub
This is a space that offers a seamless technological experience. Yes, the cabin crew is starting on a 24*7 basis in order to assist with the question about the one device programme. It is dedicated to simplifying work processes through innovation.

Emirates Crew Lounge
This space is created with relaxation in mind. Here, they can take a moment to recharge, finish their flight reports upon landing, enjoy a coffee, or catch up with colleagues.

Emirates Facilities Distribution Service
This is a one-stop destination for dropping off and collecting documents that the crew requires. These could be anything from visas to regulatory documents or even picking up new devices.

Emirates Crew Computer Zone
The Crew Computer Zone features a zone of new monitors. Complete with high-speed internet and comfortable and individual workstations, these have been tailored to support digital needs.

Emirates Crew Connect Services
This area offers customer-centric services and operational support to the cabin crew. The team operates on a 24*7 basis so that the crew members can pose their queries either in person or through phone or email.

Emirates Beauty Hub
The beauty hub was launched in 2023 and is now within the new Crew Zone. It is open five days a week and offers a slew of immersive experiences with an in-house team of consultants and products for sale.
