It is expected that BEETLEJUICE The Musical might be coming to Abu Dhabi. We say this because on Instagram, there was an announcement hinting at a big reveal that is confirmed for May 1, Thursday. This post was made by the Etihad Arena, which is a popular indoor arena in Yas Island. However, the reason that we feel that it might just be an announcement of the musical is because of the white and black stripes with a green beetle on top. As it happens, people in the comments section were also ecstatic about the news, and they were also seen speculating the same! However, it’s worth mentioning that no other detail has been revealed so far.

What Is The Story About?
In case you’re wondering, this musical is based on Tim Burton’s beloved film, Beetlejuice. Relaying the story of Lydia Deetz, who is a strange and unusual teenager. While she deals with the grief from losing her mother and a neglectful father, they move into a house that is haunted by Maitlands. But Lydia’s concern about the same is ignored by her father and she ends up meeting Beetlejuice. He is a bio-exorcist demon who is invisible to the world and dreams of getting rid of this curse. However, this can only be done if Lydia says its name three times. As Lydia develops a relationship with the Maitlands, the story is truly in for a twist.
