Taking to X, the former Indian cricketer shared a motivational story with the Netizens. The heartwarming and inspiring journey is of Veena Ambarish, who currently runs a food stall in Bengaluru’s JP Nagar. Her life took a complete U-turn after she faced a tragic accident only at the age of 17 years. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. Back when Veena was only 17 and was preparing for her Arangetram, she experienced the most challenging time of her life.
She met with an accident in Bengaluru and sadly lost her foot. Losing a foot is something that we wouldn’t dare to imagine, even in our nightmares. It feels extremely painful and heartwrenching for a dancer to be unable to follow her passion and work for her dreams. But Veena was determined to work hard relentlessly and nothing could stop her.
Her resilience and dedication helped her to overcome the hard times and complete her MBA. Following her degree, she took a desk job and worked for some years. However, the experience was not very pleasant because sitting in front of a screen for long hours was very difficult for her. She left her job but she did not lose hope. It was just another small obstacle that she conquered successfully.
