As Bengaluru awaits PM Narendra Modi to inaugurate the much-awaited Namma Metro Yellow Line, it’s worth mentioning that this train will connect RV Road to Bommasandra Station. With the inauguration happening shortly, major roads are closed between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM today. This 19.15 km corridor in Bengaluru is bound to benefit lakhs of employees who work in Electronic City. Moreover, security also remains tight in several places ahead of PM Modi’s visit.

What About The Train Schedule?
At this point, it’s also worth mentioning that the metro services, once operational, will be from 5 AM to 11 PM. With the potential of serving up to 8,00,000 passengers per day, the tickets will be from ₹10 to ₹90 for a one-way journey. Moreover, these three driverless trains will run at an interval of 25 minutes. However, the frequency is expected to improve by 20 minutes once more trains are added later this month.
