Located on the 3rd floor of the Mall of Asia in Bengaluru, Bayroute offers an unparalleled Middle Eastern fine-dining experience. Known for its rich aromas, vibrant culture, various ingredients, and timeless recipes from Lebanon, Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey, the restaurant is known for its immersive experience and specially crafted food that has become a hit in the city of Mumbai.

Carrying the legacy forward, Bayroute, Bengaluru, offers guests an authentic journey of flavours featuring handcrafted fragrant spices, mezzes, and soulful dishes that celebrate the culture and spirit of the city.

The 101-seat restaurant blends traditional Middle Eastern elements with modern design. The decor features warm lighting, soft, intricate patterns, and comfortable seating that create a welcoming atmosphere for solo visits, date nights, or even family dinners.

What’s On The Menu At The New Restaurant?

Guests can enjoy an array of varieties on the menu. Indulge in some much-loved signature beverages such as Reyhan, Lebanon Orchard, Mediterranean Delight, and Pistachio Craze. The appetisers, such as Lamb Fatayer, Kale and Avocado Salad, Fattoush, and Hummus, are loved by food enthusiasts. The cold and hot mezze includes Muhammara, Moutabbal, Labneh Za’atar, Pierogi, Batata Harra, and Feta- and Pine Nut-Stuffed Falafel. Main dishes such as Lavash Kebab, Tagine, Koshari, and Chicken Kabsa With Lavash Crust are staples for the well-travelled guests. The delectable desserts include Baklava, Chocolate Kunafa and Umm-Ali.
