Deepinder Goyal, who is the CEO of Zomato, recently donned his delivery boy hat on and took to the streets to deliver orders. He shared a host of pictures and videos online of him on duty. He is accompanied by his wife, Gia Goyal (née Grecia Munoz). The two of them are seen riding a bike and delivering food to people. The Internet had a field day and while many were pleasantly surprised, some did not miss a chance to poke fun.

In a couple of posts that Goyal recently shared on his Instagram handle, he is seen donning the red Zomato T-shirt and black track pants. His wife is also sporting the same red t-shirt with blue jeans. The two are snapped riding on the bike delivering meals to people who ordered.

He delivered meals in Delhi NCR and in the caption said that he loved doing it and enjoyed interacting with the customers. He also specified in the caption that he did this a few days ago. He shared the posts not more than six hours ago.

Already, the posts have managed to garner more than 14 thousand likes and even more views. People in the comments section vary greatly and some hoped that the CEO’s experience would help in creating better working conditions for the delivery boys.

There were many who also poked fun at the CEO. One commenter, imitating the tedious instructions that many have to give to delivery boys, said, “Bhaiya please 2nd floor pe aana.” In a similar vein, another commenter asked the CEO to come from gate number three as gate number one is always closed.

Many commenters said that the CEO should have delivered the orders in his supercar Ashton Martin. The Zomato CEO is known to have a penchant for supercars and owns quite a few.
