Ice cream is a ubiquitously loved dessert and comes in a variety of flavours. However, this diversity may not always be a good thing. Someone recently shared a video of them trying what can only be politely described as ‘unusual flavours.’ And when we say unusual, we mean it. The flavours range from ketchup (yes, ketchup!) to biryani! Yes, you read it right again – biryani-flavoured ice cream. Take a look at the video below.

Entrepreneur Akash Mehta shared a video of him trying weird flavours of ice cream at the Dubai Mall. The video shows him choosing from an array of similarly unique ice cream flavours. The flavours he chooses are Biryani, Chips, Ketchup, Olive Oil and Chai.
He starts with the ketchup flavour and from his reaction, it is pretty apparent that he won’t be reaching for it soon again. He then went on to try the abomination that is Biryani Ice Cream. But before tasting the ice cream, he made it clear that he thought the abomination shouldn’t exist.
He tried it however and as expected, was not a huge fan of it. The three other flavours, given his reaction, surprisingly worked. He found Chai to be very good.
This Is How Netizens Reacted To The Video That Was Shared
As you can imagine, the colourful flavours of the ice cream invoked colourful responses from the people on the Internet. While surprisingly, there were a number of commenters who said that they wanted to try these flavours, a large number of people mainly were horrified by the Biryani ice cream.
One commenter said that whoever suggested making biryani ice cream should be sent to prison. Another commenter mentioned that they felt like puking merely at the thought of eating Biryani Ice Cream.
One commenter even mentioned that they were a biryani snob and so, the ice cream’s existence was gravely offensive to them.
Would you try any of these flavours if given the chance? Let us know in the comments section below!
