In a recent Instagram post, Preity underlined the importance of rekindling nature by mentioning that she planted a cedar tree in Shimla’s Jubbal three years ago, and it has since thrived.
Preity Zinta Grew A Cedar Tree In Shimla
On Instagram, Preity posted a few gorgeous photos of planting the cedar tree from three years ago and then a photo of the fully-grown coniferous tree, which is as tall as 30-40 meters. The best part about that picture was the beautiful cedar tree covered with white snow.
Her Instagram post garnered over 1 lakh likes. She stated in the caption that she planted this Himalayan cedar tree about three years ago and is delighted to watch it grow into this magnificent tree covered with snow as Himachal Pradesh is getting ready for a beautiful and cold winter. The actor added that for her, these are the times that give life its real purpose and emphasise the significance of returning to Mother Nature. She also used hashtags like #ProudHimachali and #HimalayanCeder. Preity is undoubtedly a woman drawn to her heritage.

The actress will make her big-screen return in Lahore 1947, which is produced by Aamir Khan Productions and features Sunny Deol.
