Writer’s Cafe is a non-profitable restaurant started by entrepreneur M. Mahadevan in Chennai, in collaboration with Higginbotham, as the legendary bookstore re-invents itself.

What’s In It?

The cafe is built on two floors and has wooden interiors with tiled floors with bookshelves decked on the walls of the cafe. The upper floor has a display of Higginbotham’s titles.

The books on display cover popular fiction, cookbooks, fashion, coffee table books and magazines. The cafe is an ideal spot for any reader or writer who can indulge in book reading from this varied collection of books and indulge in a meal including good coffee and quick bites like Pasta or Pizza, the Apple Crumble is a must try here.
