We all have had come across different kinds of bosses in our professional lives. There are some extremely strict bosses who expect us to be perfect like a machine. And then there are lazy ones, who tend to impose all the work on their subordinates. Having said that, some bosses are exceptionally good too and keep boosting the morale of their employees with gestures of appreciation. One such person is Chatri Sityodtong, the founder and chairman of Evolve Mixed Martial Arts. After his company witnessed a yearly growth of 30%, he took all his employees on a luxury trip to the Maldives to thank them for their achievement.

The Boss Called His Employees ‘Rockstars’

According to a Business Asiaone report, Sityodtong said that the gift was a ‘small token of gratitute’ and he has also called his employees ‘rockstars’. He explained that while many of his employees might dream to travel the world, their humble backgrounds might not make it possible for them to do so. Also, the company recruits only one candidate among 200 applications. Sityodtong added the company hires the best of talents and they deserve the best rewards for the hard work delivered with excellence. “We work hard, we play hard.”, said Sityodtong.
