However, broccoli is also higher in calories and carbs, with 35 calories and 4 grams of carbs in a similar serving.

Ultimately, it depends on your dietary needs. If you’re looking for a low-calorie, low-carb option, cauliflower is a great pick. If you need more fibre and protein in your diet, broccoli edges ahead.
