The problem of counterfeit paneer seems to be on the rise in many places.

Authorities found about 1,300 kg of synthetic paneer recently. They took the amount and threw it away at a place along the Mumbai-Delhi Expressway, according to a report by The Times of India. Instead of using good-quality milk, many fraud people are using milk powder, water, lemon, and acetic acid to make fake paneer. To make the synthetic product believable, they use palm oil to add a shiny texture.

To keep ourselves healthy and only consume good-quality food products, we need to be very cautious while checking every item. After buying paneer from stores and returning home, follow a few steps to be ensure of what you are actually about to cook and eat. These days, it is extremely significant to identify the purity of paneer before relishing dishes cooked with it.
