Cambodia Angkor Air Launches Direct Flights Between Delhi And Phnom Penh
Cambodia Angkor Air is Cambodia’s national flag carrier airline and it recently made the grand announcement of introducing direct flight options between both these Asian countries. Once operational, this will be the first direct flight on this route. According to a report by News 18, the airline will provide services from June 16. The aircraft for the journey between Phnom Penh and New Delhi will take off every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday; a total of 4 days a week.
Koy Kuong is an Ambassador of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to India. He recently stated his expectations of tourist numbers increasing twice year-on-year. The major reason to hope for a huge jump in passengers travelling between these two countries is the all-new direct flight services between New Delhi and Phnom Penh. Another important reason that can influence the rise in tourist footfall is the surge in medical tourism in India, according to a report by The Economic Times.

What Do The Flight Tickets Cost?
