The brainchild behind famous hits like Rom Rom, Naina Ki Talwar, and Laado, MC Square aka Abhishek Bensla is one of the most talented artists in the Desi hip-hop genre. In this episode of Tere Gully Mein, the talented rapper joined our bubbly anchor, Tonakshi Kalra for some horseback riding, an intense game round, and of course, delicious food! A personality with a heart as big as his lyrical talent, he treated our lucky girl Tonakshi to a table spread with lip-smacking vegetarian food. But, can MC Square cook or did his chef end up sprinkling the magic on those lip-smacking dishes? Scroll down to find out!
MC Square Knows To Cook These Dishes
Rapper MC Square was not getting the vibes from Italian food, so the pair set out to have some desi ghar ka khana at his Faridabad home. Spread on the table were crisp rotis, dal rice, paneer gravy, mattar sabzi and raita! We can already feel our mouths water!
Licking her fingers in utter joy, Tonakshi couldn’t help but ask the rapper if he cooked. Well, the rapper is surely spitting hatke rap on the mic, but he isn’t keen on sprinkling some salt in the kitchen. He answers saying, “No, I do not cook, but I want to learn. I can’t even decently warm milk!” But wait, the rapper did admit that he cooks a little bit, and by a little bit, he meant he only knows how to heat his food! Talk about a new style of cooking!
Regardless of the rapper’s aversion to cooking, he ensured that his guest was treated to an array of delicious dishes on the table. Like a true desi, our anchor and the rapper dug into the food with their bare hands. But hey, haven’t you heard that eating with your hands makes the food more delicious?

“I would not say that I feel strange when I see placards with my name. I go on stage to fulfil a duty and provide the ultimate experience to my fans. I also love to talk on stage with my audience.” BRB, we are booking our tickets for an MC Square performance right now!
