MasterChef India’s Neha Prepares Eggless Coca-Cola Cake

Instagram Food Content Creator, Neha Deepak Shah took to her handle, @nehadeepakshah to share a recipe for a delicious Eggless Coca-Cola Cake. In the reel, she says that this cake is inspired by her mother’s tip. Her mother always uses Club Soda to make her cakes extra moist and fluffy. Similarly, Neha states that Coca-Cola can also do the same trick. Instead of Club Soda, the chef uses Coca-Cola to also give this cake a distinct taste.

Method 
First, preheat the oven for at least 10 minutes. Next, mix milk and vinegar and then keep this aside for 5 minutes. After this, add the sugar to the mixture and give it another good mix. Then add the butter and vanilla essence to it and keep it aside. To this wet mixture, using a sieve, add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.

Finally, add Coca-Cola and mix the batter. But make sure you don’t overmix. Pour the batter into the bundt tin. Then bake it at 180 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes on the middle rack. Cool the cake on the wire rack and keep it covered while it’s cooking.
