If you think your spice tolerance is good after eating all the Indian street food since childhood, then prepare to be amazed! Canadian YouTuber Mike Jack recently set a Guinness World Record for eating the most hot sauce in three minutes. In this record, he gobbled 1.12 kg of spicy hot sauce!

Mike Jack has put his taste buds on fire, quite literally! The Canadian YouTuber set a Guinness World Record for the most hot sauce eaten in three minutes. He managed to eat 1.12 kg of sriracha hot sauce to make this record. In a video shared by Guinness World Records Instagram page, you can see Mike emptying two bottles of sriracha sauce into a bowl and then gobbling it all with a teaspoon.

He took the challenge at Guinness World Records HQ in London. Mike was accompanied by his wife and coach, Jamie. She could be seen cheering for him in the background as he ate the hot sauce like there was no tomorrow! As per the Guinness World Records’ website, Mike is obsessed with spicy sauces and uses condiments made from the world’s hottest peppers in the same way as people use ketchup!

Wait, this isn’t the only record Mike broke during his trip to the London HQ. On the same day, he set the record for the fastest time to drink a Capri Sun (paper straw). He was able to open the straw and drink the entire pack in 21.71 seconds.
