We have all come across many videos of hyper-realistic cakes on social media, and it never ceases to surprise us. Whether it’s an apple or a pair of slippers, you cut into them, and it’s a cake! A similar video shared by a user on Instagram has made netizens look twice. It shows a hyper-realistic cake that looks exactly like a cauliflower. But as you cut through it, you find a dessert made with whipped cream and blueberry sauce.

A viral video shared by “From Scratchie” on Instagram had viewers wondering if that was really a cake. The user shared a video on her social media account of a cake that resembled a raw cauliflower. Her video, which now has over 17 million views, was posted with the caption, “One of the coolest desserts I’ve ever seen.” The user called this cake from Narnia, an Asian eatery in Moscow, Russia, “delicious”.

A Cauliflower Cake That Looks Too Real 

The video begins with a waiter taking off the top part of the cake to reveal creamy layers hidden beneath. Although the cake resembles a cauliflower, we can see that it is made from soft whipped cream, with amazing attention to detail and texture. Not only that, but a leaf is also used as its garnish to give it a more realistic appearance. The server then places the cake on the plate, using blueberry sauce and cream as a base. 

The video received many comments from all over the world, like, “Who else thought it was a hyper-realistic cake?” while a user wrote, “The only way you can convince me to eat cauliflower.” One user also made a witty comment on the video, saying, “Can you plz pack the remaining part so that I can cook at home?” Users found this cake both unique and innovative. Its lifelike appearance and detail truly set it apart from other desserts or cakes we have seen.
