Radhika Apte Says Her Main Diet Is Vegetarian
Radhika Apte reveals to Kamiya Jani and Siddharth Aalambayan that her main diet is vegetarian. The actor talks about the dishes she loves the most and says, My favorites include Black beans, Salads, and Roasts. The Vikram Vedha actor also loves gorging on pasta and risotto. Talking about one single food item that she could eat daily, Radhika says,” I love Pav Bhaji, Upma, Poha. Maharashtrian food I’m talking about now.”
Elaborating more about how she maintains her diet, Radhika reveals that if people love something, they should do it in moderation every day. “That way you will never crave it,” adds the actor.

Why Did The Actor Turn Vegetarian?
While talking about her healthy diet, Radhika mentions how she turned vegetarian. The actor says, “I stopped eating meat about seven years ago. Well during the pandemic I did eat chicken but that too once in two months. I love fish but because I dive so I stopped eating fish regularly.” It’s totally adorable to see the actor being so candid and honest throughout the episode. Must say, turning vegetarian from a non-vegetarian is thought. Kudos to you Radhika!
