As per reports, the Central Railway will run two fully-reserved special trains for teachers between Dadar and Gorakhpur during the summer rush. This move comes after witnessing multiple cases of teachers facing difficulties getting train reservations in existing trains during the summer vacation period. So, from May 2 to June 10, the railway will run teachers’ special trains to prioritise them during this time of the year. The booking for these trains, with special charges, will begin from March 31, 2:30 PM onwards.

You can book these tickets online and offline as well. There are nominated counters at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai where these tickets can be booked. As per the schedule shared by the Central Railway, the 01101 Teachers’ Special will leave Dadar at 2:05 PM on May 2 and will arrive in Gorakhpur at 2:45 AM on the third day. The 01102 Teachers’ Special will then leave Gorakhpur at 2:25 PM on June 10 and arrive in Dadar at 3:30 AM on the third day.
