62-YO Woman Opens A Chaat Shop In Chandigarh
YouTuber Harry Uppal recently posted about 62-year-old Prabhjit Kaur. He shared that people in Chandigarh were in awe of this lady who was whipping up delicious food with a big smile. After reaching her food stall–Pal’s Eating Food–he asked what she served and Prabhjit ji replied, “Gol gappe, stuffed gol gappe, raj kachori, aloo tikki, dahi bhalle, burgers, chole bhature, white sauce pasta, red sauce pasta, and pizza.”
While talking to Harry, she revealed that her food stall started about 2-3 months ago. Before that, she was a homemaker and would often make chaat at home as a hobby. She was determined to make this hobby into something more and decided to take it out of her kitchen to the masses with a food stall. She shared that she has been interested in making good more for almost 50 years now and doesn’t think her age changes anything about her passion.
Food quality and hygiene are a top priority for Prabhjit ji and she ensures that she uses nothing but the best quality ingredients to make her food. Now, if you have lived in Chandigarh or ever been there, then you must have heard about Pal Dhaba, and yes, this little food stall is run by the wife of the famous dhaba owner!
