Chef Saransh Goila Has The Perfect Mango Leather Aka Videshi Aam Papad Recipe For Us!

Honestly speaking, none of today’s expensive or branded chocolate can take its place in terms of taste and popularity. Chef Saransh took advantage of the mango season and decided to share the perfect mango leather, aka Videshi aam papad, recipe with netizens. 

Chef Saransh Goila Shares Videshi Aam Papad Recipe

Chef Saransh Goila is known to share easy recipes on Instagram, or, better put, he makes the hardest of the dishes easy for us to make. So keeping up with his style and keeping the mango season in mind, he shared a very easy way to make aam papad, but with a twist, as he calls it Videshi aam papad. 

First, he takes 3 mangoes and makes puree in a jar, then pours it into a bowl. Next, he adds 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp amchur powder, ½ tsp jeera powder, and 1 tsp red chilli powder. As mentioned, this recipe will not have any sugar in it. He mixes all the ingredients well and then adds 1 tsp chaat masala. 

He spreads this mixture on a silicone mat using his hands. Next, he dries the mixture in the oven for 3 hours at 100C. Cutting them into strips, Saransh rolls these strips, and your videshi aam papad is ready.
