In order to observe the auspicious festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, Chef Vikas Khanna is holding a ten-day celebration. Each of the ten days is dedicated to a desi chef that Chef Vikas thinks is iconic. He recently celebrated the sixth of the pooja and dedicated it to Chef Ranveer Brar.

Indeed, Chef Ranveer Brar is one of the most iconic chefs in our country and picking him was obviously the right choice. Speaking about Brar, Chef Vikas Khanna couldn’t help but wax lyrical about his passion and dedication towards Indian cuisine.

The Modaks made for the day were raspberry-stuffed rose petals, ginger and lychee Modaks. They had a delightful pink hue which made them look even cuter.
