Tucked inside The Opus by Zaha Hadid, this fire-led restaurant doesn’t believe in playing it safe. And now, it’s kicking off a new series of daring pop-ups with a culinary clash that’s got serious heat but for a one-night event only. 

Chef Jitin Joshi Joins Forces With Chef Ali Yazdi For One Night Only At Revolver Dubai

On Thursday, 15th May, Revolver Dubai sets the stage for a one-night-only showdown between two culinary trailblazers, Chef Jitin Joshi, the award-winning chef behind London’s Michelin stars, and Emirati chef Ali Yazdi, the creative mind who turned burgers into high art. Nine explosive courses, one sizzling kitchen, and zero repeats.

Chef Jitin brings the spice of South Asia with a French twist. With 27 years under his belt, including time at Benares, Gymkhana, and At.mosphere, he’s served kings, rock stars, and football legends. 

Joining him is Chef Ali Yazdi, the guy who made SLAW Burger a Dubai icon. He’s experimental, rooted in Emirati heritage, and never scared of a little fire. Together, these two have cooked up a menu that’s bold, unexpected, and completely unforgettable.

  • King Crab Tartlet with papaya and sweet Somtum yuzu
  • Truffle & Morel Kulchette with Parmesan decadence
