Chitrangda Singh Slams Air India Express
Chitrangda Singh was in Delhi recently and while flying out of the city, she checked in at the Air India Express counter at Terminal 3 of the Delhi Airport. In a detailed post on her Instagram story, she shared that “it’s sad to see the level of service” provided by the airline.
Her terrible experience began when the airline staff couldn’t find an extra seat for 10 minutes before a senior stepped in to help her. After that, “despite having baggage allowance paid in advance”, the airline couldn’t find it in their system. Chitrangda Singh finally decided she would pay again for the extra baggage. “In the end, to make it more fun, the credit card machine had no roll to give me a receipt,” her post further explained.

Shares Her Disappointment With Staff Behaviour
Chitrangda Singh’s ordeal with Air India Express didn’t end there. The post further elaborated on how the staff took more time “giggling and talking amongst themselves” and also staring at her, rather than helping her out. She shared that it took “3-4 girls and the manager” to sort out her issue. Chitrangda called them “unhelpful, unaware, and untrained.”
She ended the post with, “I know you have a reputation of not being the best at service…but I hope you take some pride and actually show a difference instead of slumping into the reputation you have built of being rude and indifferent.”
