Dubai has seen fitness runs, beach marathons, wellness mornings and plenty of trendy workout events. But now there is a run where people make ice cream while running. Yes, actually. On Saturday, June 6 at 6 AM, fitness brand SQUATWOLF is bringing the viral “Ice Cream Run” trend to Kite Beach for the first time in the UAE.
Dubai Is Getting An Ice Cream Run Where People Literally Churn Dessert

The event is happening with Morn Brew Café, and honestly, it sounds equal parts exhausting and fun.
Participants will complete a 10-kilometre run while carrying a special ice-cream-churning kit designed to freeze and mix ingredients through movement. So by the end of the run, your dessert is technically ready too.
Running First, Ice Cream Later
The event is limited to just 50 runners, so organisers are clearly keeping things small this time around.
Each participant will receive a SQUATWOLF performance vest along with the custom kit needed for the challenge. The idea comes from a global running trend that has been popping up online recently, where runners make ice cream during races instead of just eating it afterwards.
To celebrate the brand’s 10th anniversary, the ice cream flavours are inspired by both its Dubai roots and regional flavours people in the UAE already know well.
Think Arabic coffee, cardamom, pistachio and other flavours connected to the region.

Coffee, Discounts And A Free T-Shirt Too
After crossing the finish line, runners can cool down at Morn Brew Café with complimentary coffee and a 15% food and beverage discount.
Also, participants will receive a limited-edition SQUATWOLF capsule T-shirt as part of the event package.
Tickets are priced at AED160, which covers the run, merchandise, coffee and the whole ice-cream-making setup.
For many runners, though, the event is less about serious competition and more about doing something unusual with friends before the city fully wakes up.
And honestly, making dessert while sweating through a beach run is strange enough that people will probably sign up just for the story.
